The top is finished with multi-ply binding, while the back features single-ply binding. The mahogany neck has a fast and comfortable SlimTaper profile and is joined to the body with a compound dovetail neck joint for excellent tonal transfer and sustain. The rosewood fingerboard is fitted with 20 standard frets and simple mother-of-pearl dot inlays. The headstock carries the Gibson logo in mother-of-pearl and is equipped with high-quality Grover Rotomatic tuners that work together with the TUSQ nut to provide smooth and reliable tuning stability.
