The Miris is the semi-hollow model in Novo's lineup and shares the same offset silhouette as the Serus. However, the "J" also draws inspiration from the Jazzmaster and distinguishes itself with its new "Novo-branded" Mastery bridge and vibrato. Dressed in a lightly aged Lake Sonic Burst finish with a tortoiseshell pickguard, it looks stunning, and we're big fans of the matching headstock that comes standard on Miris models!
The "tempered" neck, which is essentially the same as "roasted" or "torrefied," provides an aged look and enhanced resonance.
