Eastman E40OO TC Madagascar Rosewood TFOA 25th LTD Sunburst
In 2026, The Fellowship of Acoustics celebrates its 25th anniversary, and for this festive occasion, we had this anniversary version of their successful 00 model made at Eastman. We are naturally a little biased, but what a beautiful guitar it turned out to be!
This model is unique due to the use of Madagascar rosewood for the body, paired with an Adirondack spruce top richly decorated with abalone. However, the most beautiful detail is found on the fingerboard; here we find an inlay based on an ornament found on our beautiful villa!
With its stunning Sunburst Truetone gloss finish, this compact guitar immediately catches the eye. The combination of a solid Adirondack spruce top with solid Madagascar rosewood sides and back creates a rich, warm tonal landscape with a volume you wouldn't expect from its compact size. The scalloped X-bracing allows the top to vibrate more freely, improving the guitar's natural resonance and dynamic range while maintaining structural integrity.
The mahogany neck with a Traditional Even C profile ensures a comfortable playing experience, perfectly complemented by the ebony fingerboard. The shorter 24.9" scale length makes playing effortless, with reduced string tension that encourages expressive fingerstyle playing. From delicate fingerwork to rhythmic chord work, this guitar responds with convincing clarity and articulation!
The guitar comes with a TFOA passport in an Eastman gig bag.
